Live performance at the Elephant and Castle LCC Gallery, London, as part of collective show Writing Photographs, , which culminated in a symposium at Tate Modern, June 2017.
‘Alice and The Fawn ‘ presents some of the books that have informed my photographic thinking. While reading, and as a habit, I mark the bottom of the pages containing a thought that inspires me. I do it with the intention of going back to that page, to that “spark”. I would like to take the time to converse with members of the public about any of these pages that may inspire them, or make them curious. As Alice and Fawn did, this piece is about “walking on together though the wood”, embracing fearlessly a shared space to ponder about the photographic, over a cup of tea.
